Our hours of operations are: Mondays to Thursdays 9am – 7pm and Fridays and Sundays 9am – 5pm. Appointments are welcome via email anytime convenient to you; however, we suggest scheduling mobile spa appointments at least 24 hours in advance and workplace/corporate/event on-site chair massage services at least 36 hours in advance. A credit/debit card is necessary to hold your reservation of all services; 40% deposit is required to confirm your services for workplace/corporate/event on-site chair massage services.
Your appointment is very important to InSPAration Cayman team members and the date and time you pick is reserved especially for you. We understand that schedules may change from time-to-time; therefore, we respectfully request at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, you’ll be charged 50% of the service cost if you do not cancel at least 12 hours before your appointment. Therefore, please make appointment changes or cancellations 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. No shows will be charged 100%.
