Position Summary:

The Driver is responsible for transporting clients to and from the program while working independently with minimal supervision. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe, respectful, and efficient transportation experience for all clients.

Your Role as a Driver:

• Transport Clients Safely & Promptly – Provide reliable transportation for clients to and from the program while maintaining a respectful and supportive atmosphere in the vehicle.
• Maintain Vehicle Condition – Provide insight on maintenance concerns/upkeep of the vehicle.
• Ensure Proper Fueling & Documentation – Refuel the vehicle after use with the assigned gas card and accurately complete the Vehicle Log Form at the beginning and end of each trip.
• Promote Safety & Compliance – Ensure all students behave appropriately during transit and always follow traffic laws and transportation safety procedures.

Role Requirements:

• Must have a valid PA driver's license.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Must have a clean driving record.

• Experience working with special education adolescence preferred.
