We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to play a vital role in attracting and onboarding top talent. This is a hands-on position that blends recruitment expertise with strong organizational and HR administrative skills. You'll actively source candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate every stage of the process, prepare new hire documentation, and help ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared from day one.

Located at ARDEX Americas Corporate Headquarters, 400 ARDEX Park Drive, PA 15001. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday.

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand open positions and recruitment priorities.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on internal and external platforms.
  • Actively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews (phone, MS Teams, or in-person), and provide concise interview summaries to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Attend career fairs, school outreach programs, and networking events (travel <5%).
  • Maintain recruitment records, track progress, and assist with reporting.
  • Conduct salary research and maintain relationships with third-party recruitment agencies as needed.

Onboarding & HR Coordination

  • Arrange and track pre-employment checks (background, drug tests, references, employment and education verifications).
  • Prepare offer letters, job descriptions, and related onboarding materials including onboarding and training schedules.
  • Complete new hire paperwork, including I-9 forms, and accurately enter data into the HRIS.
  • Schedule and help deliver new hire orientations, ensuring smooth integration into the business.
  • Maintain personnel files in compliance with company and legal requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition & Employee Development programs.

General HR & Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Talent Acquisition and Employee Development Manager in support of employee development programs and logistics.
  • Assist with HR compliance, reporting, and special projects as assigned.

  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience, including candidate interviewing.
  • HR knowledge and experience with employment documentation and compliance.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work discreetly with confidential information and build strong working relationships.

Education

  • Minimum high school diploma required with relevant work experience, or Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
