• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced settings
Job Responsibilities
• Lead and develop warehouse/logistics teams
• Manage budgets, costs, and performance metrics
• Improve logistics and freight processes
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards
• Hire, coach, and mentor staff
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration
• Responsible for all activities of physical logistics including warehousing, shipping and receiving.
