Warehouse / Forklift / Driver Associate

Location: St. Louis, MO
Role Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, varied shifts)

Our valued client located in St. Louis, MO is seeking a dependable Warehouse/Forklift Associate to join their team. This position offers a great mix of warehouse work, forklift operation, and local delivery driving. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, takes pride in accuracy and safety, and wants to grow with a respected company.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport products throughout the warehouse

• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately

• Safely load and unload products for delivery

• Drive company vehicles for local deliveries, ensuring timely and professional service

• Maintain delivery logs and required documentation

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

• Collaborate with the warehouse and delivery teams for efficient operations

Required Qualifications

• Prior forklift operating experience

• Valid Class E driver’s license

• Current DOT physical card (medical clearance)

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs as needed

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems or barcode-based order picking

• Previous delivery or customer service experience

• Flexible and team-oriented mindset

• Applicants must have a valid Class E driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record. Due to delivery requirements to certain customer locations, candidates must also be eligible to pass background checks that may disqualify individuals with certain felony convictions.
