We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a background in transportation design and traffic engineering/planning to take the next step in their career.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT with the ability to obtain PE licensure within 1–2 years.
- Experience and knowledge in the following areas is desired:
- Traffic engineering and operations
- Traffic impact studies
- Traffic signal designs
- Evaluating traffic improvements and conducting traffic/safety studies
- Transportation planning for roadways, intersections, and trails/bike/pedestrian facilities
- Developing roadway geometrics and roadway construction plans
- Signing and pavement marking plans
