Responsibilities Conduct phone interviews with research participants, ensuring adherence to interview protocols Gather high-quality social science data to support various research studies Maintain detailed records of interviews and participant responses Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met Assist in the preparation of data for analysis and reporting Qualifications Detail-oriented with the ability to follow specific interview protocols Clear speaking voice and strong typing skills Availability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week, including evenings or weekends Ability to sit and communicate on the phone for extended periods Commitment to maintaining participant confidentiality and data integrity Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in research or data collection roles Familiarity with health or social science topics Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse participants We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
