Will assist with the management of applications for Library Science & Technology.
General Duties :

• Support the day-to-day office responsibilities.
• Answer phone calls in a professional manner
• Assist in managing applicants and prospective students.
• Maintain an organized office space.
• Maintain student databases.
• Distribute mail.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Qualifications: A successful candidate will be able to do the following:

• Exhibit a pleasant and professional appearance.
• Work effectively as a member of team, and independently
• Competency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, or a willingness to learn
