DASH Sports is hiring Sports Management Interns for the upcoming school year, September, 2025 through May, 2026.
Location : Twin Cities Metro and surrounding suburbs (Must live in Twin Cities, MN Area) Dates : School Year (September-May) (Flexible on start and end dates) Times : Hours are flexible, typical shifts range in time from 2pm-7pm Monday-Friday and 9am-2pm Saturdays. Must be able to work at least 3 days a week. We will work around your class schedule and determine set days/hours. Pay : $16-$18 per hour Responsibilities : Program Management, On-Site Coaching, Equipment Management and Delivery, Weekly Management Virtual Meetings. This position requires working from various local locations weekly. We run sports camps at local MN schools and interns are asked to coach, run camps, manage and deliver equipment, and more. Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle, this position involves driving to work. Interns will gain valuable experience in how a sports camp business operates. Must love working with young children, ages 3-12, teaching and operating youth sports camps. Requirements : Must live in the Twin Cities, MN Metro Area. Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to drive to local camp sites and deliver equipment to coaches. A love of sports and working with young children is a must. We are hiring interns who have a passion for the youth sports industry and are looking for valuable experience within a rapidly growing, locally owned company.
