Proven ability to extract, manipulate, and interpret data from ERP and shipping systems (e.g., NetSuite, ShipStation). Demonstrated success in negotiating with carriers and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Deep understanding of parcel & freight rate structures, surcharges, and shipping cost drivers. Familiarity with owned inventory and drop-ship fulfillment models. Traits for Success at Lumens Self-driven and proactive: You seek out problems before they surface. Curious and analytical: You ask the right questions, dive into data, and don’t stop at the first answer. Comfortable with ambiguity: You thrive in fast-changing environments and identify work that needs to be done even when no one else sees it.
