We are a rapidly growing real estate investment marketing company managing 200+ clients nationwide in the wholesaling and house-flipping industry. We are seeking an experienced, data-driven Search Engine Optimization (SEO) leader to spearhead our SEO strategy, manage our SEO team, and work hand-in-hand with our Google PPC advertising agency.
This is a high-level, full-time role with significant responsibility and growth opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to the real estate wholesaling & flipping market.
- Manage, train, and scale a team of SEO specialists serving 200+ client campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with our Google PPC advertising agency to ensure SEO and paid campaigns align for maximum ROI.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and lead flow across client sites—identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Stay ahead of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven SEO success: You must provide screenshots or documented case studies showing before-and-after results in traffic and lead volume from prior projects.
- Deep understanding of local SEO, lead generation websites, and competitive real estate markets.
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing SEO teams.
- Analytical and technical expertise with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Excellent communication skills—you’ll be reporting directly to the executive team and working with client-facing stakeholders.
Compensation
Base Salary: $100,000 – $200,000 / year (DOE) plus benefits
Performance-based bonuses available.
100% Remote role – work from anywhere in the U.S.
