ARC is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management (Data Ingestion and Readiness) to join our team. In this role you will provide strategic direction to implement data ingestion, enrichment, and access for the ARC Data Platform. You'll be expected to bring strong product management fundamentals, and technical expertise to lead and mentor a team of experienced product managers, product owners, and analysts. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a platform that ingests and manages data, ensuring its reliability, quality, and accessibility. And collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value and drive operational efficiency, while actively addressing the needs of data providers and internal stakeholders. Success in this role requires sound decision-making, a strong understanding of data platforms, ingestion pipelines, data quality, and data governance principles. The person in this role will have experience managing data in compliance with PCI standards is essential. You will define the product lifecycle strategy and vision for the data ingestion components of the ARC Data Platform — a critical function that directly impacts ARC’s financial and strategic performance. You'll oversee platform capabilities across ingestion, data quality management, and data access. You will be accountable for all aspects of product management, including strategy, roadmap development, implementation, and cross-functional team leadership. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure strategic goals are met and deliver tangible business value.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Execute Platform Strategy: Translate business goals and stakeholder needs into a long-term data platform vision and roadmap, while defining and prioritizing requirements that align with ARC’s strategic objectives and data strategy.
  2. Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, technology teams, and internal stakeholders to translate product needs into scalable, sustainable technical solutions, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery and clear communication of platform vision and changes.
  3. Drive Product Excellence: Define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements; guide product delivery teams using agile methodologies to ensure successful roadmap execution and deployment of impactful solutions.
  4. Ensure Data Integrity and Performance: Oversee the reliability, quality, and compliance of ingested and enriched data, proactively resolving issues and ensuring alignment with standards like PCI and regulatory requirements.
  5. Monitor and Optimize Platform Success: Track KPIs and user feedback to measure performance, identify areas for continuous improvement, and innovate within the platform ecosystem to enhance stakeholder experience.
  6. Foster Leadership and Team Growth: Manage and mentor a team of product professionals, cultivating a high-performing, collaborative culture focused on delivering business value and adapting to industry trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 10+ years of experience in demonstrating data partnerships or technical consultant with an established record of delivering complex data platform solutions to stakeholders
  • Experience within the travel industry and with airline data is preferred
  • Ability to understand, translate and map strategic global data problems into solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate across multiple partner groups to develop various data delivery models that drive positive business impact for ARC’s customers.
  • Must quickly develop deep knowledge of ARCs internal needs and external customers as well as their current and future potential their processes and apply this knowledge to the development and growth of ARCS data Platform.
  • Drive rapid, smooth, and successful execution of platform and data priorities in close collaboration with Product Development and Product Management functions across ARC
  • Have experience with product management frameworks, and knowledge on product development and processes.
  • Have experience with and expertise in product release strategies and tactics (including operational readiness), including developing required plans and documentation and operating procedures and business flows
  • Excellent analytical, planning, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills
