A respected organization in the financial operations space is seeking a Senior Cash Application Specialist to join its high-performing accounts receivable team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys solving payment discrepancies, and values autonomy in managing daily workflows.

???? What You’ll Be Doing

• Accurately post payments from multiple channels including ACH, wire transfers, credit cards, and refunds.

• Resolve unapplied cash and exceptions within tight turnaround times.

• Reconcile bank deposits and system postings to ensure financial accuracy.

• Investigate payment issues, process refunds, and handle small balance adjustments.

• Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve unidentified payments.

• Maintain compliance logs and support audit readiness.

• Contribute to process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.

✅ What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in cash application or accounts receivable.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with Financial & Operations platforms is a plus).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables and Macros).

• Experience with ticketing or case management systems.

• Associate degree preferred but not required.

Pay Details: $33.00 to $39.00 per hour
