Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1+ years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-semester contract position involves managing a middle school caseload while providing guidance and support to students during a crucial stage of their development. The role offers a 20-hour workweek, allowing for a focused and impactful counseling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to middle school students.
  • Support students in addressing academic, social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement student support plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of counseling activities.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Professional counseling credentials or licensure appropriate for school counseling.
