This position is responsible for supporting Henry Viscardi School Administration with daily school activities. Essential duties include but are not limited to managing students’ IEPs in Frontline, handling the annual CSE meeting process, interfacing with parents and school districts, supporting staff, compiling information for State reports. Candidate will also assist Superintendent with day-to-day clerical duties such as maintaining calendar in Outlook, handling phone calls and mail, processing check requests and travel logs, setting up staff trainings, coordinating parent and staff mailings, managing requests from other departments. Candidate should possess the ability to multi-task a high volume of data with speed and accuracy in a confidential manner. This position professionally represents the school in interactions with parents, community, staff, and students. Qualifications & Education The incumbent must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years secretarial experience, including word processing, knowledge of Windows, Word and Excel.
