Minimum of 3-5 years hands-on experience in developing and delivering solutions on Salesforce Force.com.

Experience with Agile development practices, including design, testing, documentation, and deployment of high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform, leveraging design patterns and standard solution-specific approaches.
Cross-Cloud experience in Sales, Service, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud.
Extensive experience with Lightning Flows.
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
Strong knowledge and use of Metadata API, Bulk API, Streaming API, and Subscription Management API.
Familiarity with Data Migration and scripting for Data Migration.
Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and SAQL queries.
Hands-on experience with Tableau CRM, including building predictions, next best actions, insights, and dashboards.
Experience working with project management tools like Jira, resource management, change management, and project reporting.
Self-starter with the ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
Ability to collaborate with functional teams throughout all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, regardless of the delivery methodology.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
