PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION

Execute product manufacturing and system integration activities to meet business and customer requirements. Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and computer-based assembly with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail. Apply technical expertise and product knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations and internal quality standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Perform high-quality product assembly, modification, and system integration using technical documentation including prints, illustrations, and schematics.
• Consistently meet or exceed routing times, MPP requirements, project budgets, and delivery deadlines.
• Support corporate objectives and operational goals (OMQ).
• Follow all defined process steps; complete and document in-process checks; verify and review work for accuracy before sign-off.
• Deliver workmanship that meets internal standards, customer specifications, and applicable industry requirements.
• Layout, position, install, and secure robots and related automation equipment.
• Power up and safely manipulate/jog robot axis for setup and verification.
• Load, upgrade, and back up robot software systems.
• Teach basic robot paths and program robots for automated, unattended operation.
• Perform testing and functional verification of products and systems per control plans, engineering releases, or testing procedures (e.g., PDE EX).
