This is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in property management while making a meaningful impact on residents’ lives.
Compensation & Benefits:
$22–24 per hour, depending on experience
Supportive and collaborative team environment
Hands-on experience in property leasing and resident relations
Key Responsibilities of the Residential Leasing Agent:
Welcome prospective tenants and lead engaging tours of available properties and amenities.
Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
Guide applicants through every step of the leasing process, including applications, screenings, and lease signings.
Stay informed on property availability, pricing, and promotional offers.
Assist with resident relations, lease renewals, and general office support.
Partner with property management to achieve and maintain occupancy goals.
Qualifications of the Residential Leasing Agent:
Customer service or sales experience preferred; property management experience a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
