ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction: Provide professional and friendly support to prospective and current clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the insurance process.
Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets by offering suitable insurance products to clients.
Lead Management: Efficiently manage and follow up on leads through various channels to convert them into sales opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance products and services to offer tailored solutions to clients.
Documentation: Accurately manage client records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships within the community and with clientele to enhance business opportunities.
RequirementsLicensing: Active AZ Property & Casualty License and Life & Health License is required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service will be a significant advantage.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
Customer-Focused: Strong commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
