We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Brea, California, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will oversee marketing and creative projects, ensuring their successful execution from planning to delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives while maintaining efficiency, organization, and alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, schedule, and monitor the progress of marketing and creative projects, including product launches, digital campaigns, webinars, and promotions.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and manage budgets while addressing scope changes and risks.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and department leaders to organize and maintain marketing processes and documentation.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, conduct post-project reviews, and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
• Ensure multiple projects and campaigns align with strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
• Support coordination of programs such as Spark BiteSync, StageRx, Spark Entry Level, and other organizational initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between creative operations and internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within marketing, creative operations, or agency settings.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex project timelines.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to address challenges and manage budgets.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Workfront.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and formal project management practices.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
