Position Type : Full-Time

Salary: $140k - $155k annually (depending on experience)

Work Location:  This is a remote position.

**On-Site Requirements:  On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD for candidates that are local to the area. Candidates out of state will be onboarded virtually. Training will be virtual and telework maximized/permitted to the greatest extent possible, however for local candidates, training/tasking may require on-site work a few hours per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received. This position may require occasional travel to customer sites across the US.

Essential Functions:  

• Project Management of corporate and customer automation efforts (UiPath, Power Platform, etc.), assisting with backlog/prioritization.
• Requirements gathering/analysis and project tracking thru bot/automation delivery and sustainment.
• Includes management & tracking of UiPath Orchestrator Tenancy and developer licenses.
• Participates as member of corporate Center of Excellence, specifically in the RPA branch with a focus on external customer growth/management.

• Supports holistic approach to incorporate DevSecOps and Data Analytics as part of RPA offerings/capabilities.

• Supervise a growing team of RPA developers supporting multiple, simultaneous projects.

• Interface with Program Managers as needed for resource/budget management, contract constraints, etc.

• Customer facing POC for demos, automation analysis, and costing.
• Analyze business processes for identification of automation opportunities or expansion of existing automations.

• Create and maintain documentation of automation solutions, including ROI metrics.

• Research and assessment of new platform features/capabilities for DoD and commercial customers.

• Experience as an IT project manager required.

• Experience creating, coordinating, and tracking project schedules, tasking, and budgets required.
• Experience working in a DoD software development/IT environment required.
• BS/BA or AA/AS degree and 10 years’ related experience OR HS and 12 years’ related experience.

Desired:

• PMP or Scrum Master certification highly desired.
• Experience with automation development, specifically using UiPath desired.
• AWS experience desired.
• Experience with database and/or data integration solutions desired.
• Experience implementing large-scale enterprise solutions preferred.

Education/Experience:

BS/BA or AA/AS degree and 10 years’ related experience OR HS and 12 years’ related experience.
