Position Overview Delphi Healthcare is a physician‑managed and owned organization that has been providing high‑quality care and cost‑effective provider staffing in New York since 1995. We are looking for an experienced Physician Recruiter to help expand our medical staff. Responsibilities Find and develop prospective business through a variety of marketing sources. Acquire new physicians, providers, APPs, and CRNAs to work with our group. Create and maintain relationships with clients and physicians/providers, fostering long‑term partnerships. Utilize urgency, persistence, and professionalism to achieve placements for physicians/providers. Use all recruiting channels, including internet sources, databases, and social media/networking to their fullest capacity. Place providers into client medical facilities and clinics by matching skills, licenses, preferences, board status, credentials, and certifications, complying with state and federal regulations. Arrange interviews for physicians and clients. Negotiate contract terms with clients and physicians and extend offers. Maintain a database tracking the status of potential candidates, showcasing persuasive, influential, and professional persistence. Communicate with candidates in a professional manner, demonstrating strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Exhibit strong organization and time‑management abilities.
