Overview Physician Recruiter role at Sutter Health. Represents Sutter Health and assigned medical group(s) in primary or specialty care physician recruitment. Manages sourcing, vetting, and interviewing activities for assigned specialties and geography. Oversees the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish. Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures and performs in accordance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements. Education Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. Bachelor’s: Human Resources, Healthcare or other related field. Typical Experience 5 years of recent relevant experience. Skills And Knowledge Basic knowledge of human resource principles, policies and procedures. Computer and data management skills including Excel, Word, Power Point and advanced MS Outlook skills. Interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task and change priorities as appropriate. Written and verbal communications and customer service skills with the ability to listen well. Ability to deal discreetly with confidential information, including physician salary ranges. Self-starter who can independently manage own projects and time.
