This position is based in Santa Ana, CA and reports to the PCC Fasteners VP of Human Resources. Key Responsibilities Embed PCC Pillars: Implement and monitor adoption across sites to reinforce integrity, teamwork, and accountability. Develop Talent Pipelines: Build partnerships with schools and community organizations; create internships and pre‑apprenticeship programs. Manage Training: Maximize ETP funding, maintain training calendars, and ensure timely delivery of programs. Foster Engagement: Support leaders in creating a high‑performance, inclusive culture. Ensure Compliance: Conduct EthicsPoint investigations and provide interim HR coverage when needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). 5+ years in HR, organizational development, or talent management in manufacturing. Experience with workforce development, ETP funding, and training design. Exceptional communication skills, including demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, collaborate effectively, and think strategically to drive business results. Proven expertise in change management and coaching to support organizational transformation and employee growth. Strong influencing skills with the ability to engage and gain buy‑in from stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Success Metrics Effective PCC Pillars adoption at all locations. Partnerships with 5+ schools annually; 10% increase in pipeline hires. 95% on‑time training delivery; 80% ETP funding utilization. EthicsPoint investigations completed within 30 days. Maintain a voluntary turnover rate of less than 10%. For informational purposes only the range of pay for this role is $155,000 to $180,000 US Dollar. The role is salaried and eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid at a factor of 3X the Company’s bonus multiple based on performance in the applicable quarter.
