Our client in Irving, TX is looking for a sharp and highly organized Operations Support Coordinator to assist a team of six engineers and technicians. This is not an entry-level position, it requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn complex processes. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring top-tier service delivery. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of administrative coordination experience and a professional maturity with a proactive mindset. Requirements:

  • Five or more years of experience in operations management
  • Proven experience in managing teams, improving operational processes and driving business growth
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Sharp problem-solving skills focused on results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems etc.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
