Work Schedule:
\n80% FTE, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No holidays or call. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department.

\nWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to:
\n Education:
If Nurse Practitioner: Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.
Licenses and Certifications:
\n Minimum – State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
\n If Nurse Practitioner*:
