Job Description

Are you passionate about crafting unforgettable travel experiences and building meaningful relationships? We're looking for an experienced and motivated Luxury Travel Advisor specializing in European travel to join a dynamic team. In this role, you'll collaborate with our valued travel agency partners, helping their luxury clients plan and book bespoke European journeys that exceed expectations.

As a Luxury Travel Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, creating personalized itineraries, and consistently achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent time-management skills, and be passionate about building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner travel agencies and their luxury clients, offering personalized and attentive service throughout the entire booking process.
Utilize your persuasive skills and proven closing techniques to turn leads into confirmed bookings.
Design custom luxury travel itineraries tailored to client preferences, ensuring seamless and unforgettable experiences.
Take initiative in managing a high volume of leads, consistently exceeding sales targets.
Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and handle any challenges that arise during the booking and travel process, ensuring continuous support and availability.
Build strong and ongoing relationships with partner agencies through proactive communication, regular updates, and follow-ups to encourage repeat bookings.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and bookings in the CRM system.
Stay informed on the latest luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide expert recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Travel Agent, specializing in European itineraries, with a proven track record of sales success (Europe must be your passion!).
Understanding of margins vs. markups in travel sales.
Strong problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction throughout the travel process.
Demonstrated success in relationship-based sales, with a history of exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
A keen eye for detail, with the ability to tailor recommendations based on client preferences.
Proficient in CRM systems and travel reservation software.
A self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team, with the motivation to drive results.
