• 12-20 night shifts per month -- 12-hour shifts from 6p - 6a
• Average 122 patients per day with peaks of 170 - 180 daily
• Double physician coverage with advanced practice provider support
• APP coverage across multiple shifts including early morning through overnight
• Emergency department sees 48,000 annual patient volume
• Ongoing coverage needed until permanent staff hired
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
