Job Description

Intelligence Federal is a fast-growing federal contracting company seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to support a federal government agency.

This is a fully remote opportunity.

SAMPLE JOB DUTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Litigation and litigation support regarding disputes related to the termination of financial assistance awards, government contracts, or other agreements
• Other litigation matters under federal laws or regulations including FOIA litigation, environmental compliance, and Executive Order (EO) litigation relating to funding, labor unions, and personnel issues
• Provide legal analysis and counsel regarding:
  • Statutory and regulatory analysis
  • Litigation and challenges
  • Oral and written analysis, advice, and recommendations, including memoranda, opinion letters, email-analyses, and legal briefs on issues of concern to agency

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL

• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust Clearance
• Must be a US Citizen

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Must hold a JD from an accredited university
• Must be an active Bar member in good standing in a US State or Territory
• Minimum of ten (10) years of legal experience in litigation required
• Must have previous experience on litigation involving federal government regulations. Previous experience working within the federal government strongly preferred
• Excellence in written and spoken communication
• Impeccable work ethic
