AAA Minneapolis Insurance Agency is seeking a Licensed Life Insurance Producer to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for a life-focused professional who thrives on helping clients protect what matters most while also having the opportunity to sell Medicare Advantage during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
Early Career? Base salary starts around $52,000, with first-year commissions and bonuses expected around $50,000
Experienced producer? Base salary starts around $58,000, with top earners last year making $75,000+ in commissions and bonuses

Responsibilities - Drive life insurance sales year-round, focusing on term, perm, and final expense products that meet client needs at every stage of life
- Sell Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans during enrollment periods, offering trusted guidance to seniors navigating coverage options
- Conduct needs-based assessments to deliver personalized insurance solutions aligned with client goals and financial priorities
- Leverage agency-provided leads, while also growing your book through referrals and community engagement
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support, policy reviews, and coverage updates
- Use quoting tools and CRM systems to deliver accurate, compliant proposals and track client activity efficiently
Requirements - Licensing: Active Life and Health Insurance license required
- Experience : Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience, with a strong focus on life products and a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Sales Skills : Confident communicator with the ability to build trust and close sales through consultative, needs-based conversations
- Client Focus: Passion for helping people make informed decisions about their financial protection and future planning
- Remote Readiness : Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment, managing time and communication effectively
- Adaptability: Quick to learn new processes and apply feedback in a fast-moving, client-driven environment
