Responsibilities
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote Medicare plans and services.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients to recommend suitable Medicare options.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.
- Utilize marketing strategies to reach potential clients and expand your network.
- Assist clients with benefits administration and answer any questions regarding their coverage.
- Stay informed on Medicare policies and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Leverage telemarketing techniques to generate leads and follow up with prospects.
- Foster relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Experience
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele.
- Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is essential for maintaining client confidentiality.
