The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in sales, and the ability to analyze client needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage in outside sales activities to promote Medicare plans and services.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients to recommend suitable Medicare options.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure agreements.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.
• Utilize marketing strategies to reach potential clients and expand your network.
• Assist clients with benefits administration and answer any questions regarding their coverage.
• Stay informed on Medicare policies and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Leverage telemarketing techniques to generate leads and follow up with prospects.
• Foster relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.

Experience

• Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele.
• Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is essential for maintaining client confidentiality.
