Phlebotomist – Full-Time

Location:

• Primary Site: Woodland Hills, CA 91367
• Secondary Site (Float Potential): Porter Ranch, CA 91326

Schedule: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM

• Must be flexible with both AM and PM shifts.

We are seeking experienced and reliable Phlebotomists to join our fast-paced clinical team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.

• Perform blood draws via finger, heel, or venipuncture using aseptic techniques
• Ensure correct specimen type and volume for testing
• Accurately document and release lab results
• Communicate results to physicians and clinical staff
• Handle and route medical specimens properly
• Order and stock lab supplies
• Train and provide feedback on lab assistant performance
• Maintain a draw rate of approximately 8 patients per hour (60–80 patients daily)

• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience
• Valid California Phlebotomy License
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency (Cerner experience is a plus)
• Excellent attendance and professional behavior
• Flexibility with work hours and shift assignments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
