Job Description
Were looking for a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support survey administration and data management for university-wide projects. This role involves working with institutional databases, preparing reports, and ensuring data accuracy to help drive informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and process internal and external surveys.
- Collect, clean, and organize data from student, faculty, and staff records.
- Maintain accurate logs of reports and deadlines.
- Prepare dashboards and assist with KPI tracking.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Support the development of forms, questionnaires, and institutional reports.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
