Hands on Training

• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
• Develops and maintains on-going networking relationships with local community
• Thoroughly understands all existing products and keeps up-to-date on new products
• Follows all compliance guidelines and procedures
• Maintains relationships with existing clients including recommending new products to better serve their needs
• Handles customer inquiries when Customer Service Representatives are unavailable

• Licensing: Current Virginia Property & Casualty License preferred
• Experience: 1-2 years minimum sales experience required
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication proficiency
• Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional service and building client trust
• Organizational Skills: Excellent at following up with prospects/managing leads
• Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and digital communication platforms
• Team Collaboration: Willingness to work closely with peers and management towards common goals
