Job Description
Kickstart your journey into the insurance world as an Insurance Sales Professional! You will be working closely with experienced insurance agents to learn the ropes of the insurance industry. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting agents in various tasks related to selling and servicing insurance policies, providing you with hands-on experience and knowledge in the field of insurance.
Your mission: foster client connections, analyze their insurance requirements, and guide them toward tailored coverage solutions. Collaborate closely with seasoned agents, partake in training sessions, and be given the resources to propel you towards your career goals.
We are based in Burnsville, MN. We have a network of 27 agents across approximately 15 different locations in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area, offering a range of opportunities for you. We can find a location near you!

Responsibilities-Training and Learning: Engage in a thorough training initiative to become skilled in insurance products, industry rules, and our agency's procedures.
-Customer Interaction: Help clients choose suitable insurance plans by understanding their unique requirements, presenting quotes, and providing expert advice.
-Policy Administration: Manage policy renewals, updates, and address customer inquiries to ensure excellent client satisfaction.
-Sales Assistance: Collaborate with seasoned agents to acquire effective sales techniques and tactics, aiming to surpass sales goals.
-Administrative Responsibilities: Handle tasks like data entry, record-keeping, and upkeep of client files.
-Professional Development: Build relationships with peers and mentors in the industry along with staying informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in regulations
Requirements-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Experience in sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
-Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
-Commitment to upholding high ethical and professional standards.
-Must possess a valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
