Lead Management: Actively manage and follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients.
Policy Recommendations: Guide clients through insurance plan options, assisting them in selecting the most suitable plans.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with policyholders.
Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, driving the agency's growth.
RequirementsLicensing: Active Mississippi Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or insurance is advantageous.
