Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and insurance preferences.

Policy Management: Oversee and manage insurance policies, including renewals and modifications, to ensure continued client satisfaction and retention.

Risk Assessment: Analyze and assess client risks to recommend the best insurance options tailored to individual needs.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share insights and strategies for effective client outreach and support.

Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements to maintain competitive knowledge and service excellence.

Requirements

Licensing: Valid Washington State Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Previous experience in the insurance industry or independent carriers is strongly preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and provide solutions..

Organizational Skills: Effective time management and organization skills to balance various tasks.

Tech Proficiency: Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools.

Language: Bilingual strongly preferred
