As\nan Inpatient\nGraveyard IVAS Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in overnight sterile\ncompounding operations, ensuring the accurate preparation and timely dispensing\nof intravenous medications in accordance with departmental protocols, USP\n <797> and <800> standards, California Board of Pharmacy\nregulations, and UCLA Health policies. Under general supervision, you will be\nresponsible for the full scope of IVAS functions, including preparing and\nverifying sterile doses, maintaining strict compliance with aseptic technique,\nand ensuring all medications are completed by designated deadlines. You will\nevaluate medication orders and patient profiles for appropriateness, accuracy,\nand safety, while supporting critical clinical functions during overnight\nhours. This role demands a high level of precision, accountability, and\ncommitment to patient safety, contributing directly to quality care during\nessential after-hours operations.

Hourly\nSalary Range: $86.32 - $107.31 (Union represented, step based salary\ndepending on years of experience)
