Job Description
This job entails working with infants and toddlers which includes diapering, interacting, singing, playing, helping them nap, cleaning, feeding and being attentive and responsible. I need a very strong and independent, dependable person who is punctual, patient, loyal and hardworking. You must be able to talk with parents in a respectful and informative manner. You must be willing to do 12 hours of online training each year and keep your background clearances updated, along with a health assessment. You must have a degree in Early Childhood Education. Above all, you must love children and babies.

Frog Hill has a star 2 rating through Key Stone Stars program. She writes her own lesson plans that are Waldorf-inspired. Her philosophy is conservative and faith-based although no formal teaching of religion occurs. Tami has the highest of standards and is fun to work with.
