HVAC Sales Engineer – United Systems Mechanical LLC (Seattle, WA)
Are you an experienced HVAC Sales Engineer ready to take your career to the next level? United Systems Mechanical LLC , a trusted commercial HVAC leader in Seattle, is seeking a driven professional who can sell, design, and deliver complete HVAC solutions for a wide variety of commercial projects.
What You’ll Do
Partner with clients to design and lay out HVAC systems tailored to their needs.
Prepare drawings using Bluebeam and AutoCAD .
Create proposals, estimates, and system layouts that meet local codes and energy standards (WSEC) .
Conduct on-site surveys (including ladder access when needed) to ensure accurate designs.
Manage projects from sale through installation with a hands-on approach.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience selling and designing HVAC systems for commercial applications (VRF, VAV, RTUs, ductless splits).
In-depth knowledge of Washington State Energy Code and local building requirements.
Familiarity with systems in medical/dental offices, restaurants, schools, office buildings, auto dealerships, and more.
Skilled in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office .
Mechanical Engineering degree preferred .
