Job Description

Martinus Bottom Line is seeking a highly organized and experienced Truck Driver to lead a team of skilled mechanics in maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the reliability of our fleet of commercial vehicles and equipment. This position plays a vital role in supporting our ongoing construction projects by ensuring that our vehicles and equipment are always in peak operating condition. Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ensure all interactions with stakeholders are managed within company guidelines and code of ethics.
• Safely operate heavy haul trucks to transport equipment and materials.
• Load and unload machinery and ensure secure transport.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and manage routes efficiently.
• Complete and maintain accurate logs and records of all trips.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Report any incidents, delays, or mechanical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to improve transportation efficiency.
