About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Head of Security to provide comprehensive security solutions and recommendations across a wide range of services. The successful candidate will be responsible for threat management, access control, technology integration, risk-based staffing, training, contract management, policy development, loss prevention, incident reporting, internal and external investigations, and law enforcement liaison. The role also involves executive security, special event support, leader development, and internal governance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with over 15 years in professional security management, and must demonstrate exceptional leadership, business acumen, and communication skills. Key responsibilities for the Global Head of Security include defining and establishing key performance indicators, providing leadership for incident response investigations, managing physical security measures, and overseeing the development and implementation of safety programs. The role requires the candidate to stay updated on security and safety trends, conduct regular training programs, and manage the budget for security initiatives. The candidate should have a strong background in physical security and executive protection programs, experience in security policy development, and the ability to work with C-level executives. Additionally, the role demands a self-motivated individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a proven track record in security management and incident response.
