Experienced Healthcare Recruiter role at Absolute Health Care
Absolute Health Services, Inc., is seeking to hire a recruiter for the temporary staffing division. The position entails recruiting Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nurse Aides. An understanding of the interview process is required including how to onboard new employees and present our company in an effective and thorough manner. Experience recruiting using a full range of tools including, but not limited to, Indeed, LinkedIn, professional lists, Paycor, and referrals is desired. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Recruit for the temporary staffing division (Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nurse Aides).
- Understand and conduct the interview process, including onboarding new employees and presenting the company effectively.
- Utilize recruiting tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, professional lists, Paycor, and referrals.
- Represent Absolute Health Care professionally to candidates and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience recruiting using a full range of tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, professional lists, Paycor, referrals).
- Understanding of the interview process and onboarding procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Drivers license with ability to travel one day to Ohio locations
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Interviewing and recruitment/sales skills
