Fred Beans Automotive Group is looking for an  Entry-Level PDI Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get started in the automotive industry and build a long-term career with a well-established company.

 

This position offers a  steady Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) with hourly pay between $18 and $20 with a $5.00 bonus for every car completed!  No evenings, no weekends, and no flat rate, you’ll get paid for every hour you work.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Perform pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles arriving from the manufacturer
• Check fluids, tire pressure, battery condition, and basic mechanical systems
• Test lights, wipers, and electronics to ensure everything functions properly
• Install basic accessories like floor mats and license plates

 

What You Need:

• Current PA Safety and Emissions Inspection Licenses (required)
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Strong attention to detail
• No tools required – we provide what you need to get started
• A good attitude and willingness to learn
