Position : Live-In Housekeeper/Cook or Domestic Couple
Location : Greenwich, CT
Schedule : Full-Time, 5 days/week with flexibility to work weekends
Accommodations : Private quarters on the 3rd floor of a 17,000 sq ft estate
Household: Active family of three w (no pets)
Overview
A high-profile family in Greenwich, CT, is seeking either a Live-in Housekeeper/Cook or an experienced Domestic Couple to join their household team. The ideal candidates will be proactive, discreet, and service-oriented, with a strong background in luxury home care and hospitality. The current domestic couple will remain involved in a live-out capacity, overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple properties, but will no longer reside at this estate.
Primary Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Laundry
- Full charge housekeeping of all interior spaces, including antiques and fine surfaces
- Laundry and linen care, including washing, pressing, and organizing
Cooking & Entertaining
- Weekend cooking for 3–4 people; simple, healthy meals preferred
- Coordination with the principal when the Chef is not in residence
- Caterers are brought in for larger events
Errands & Household Support
- Running errands as needed (vehicle provided)
- Light home maintenance and vendor coordination (for couples with a houseman)
- Familiarity with smart home systems and basic troubleshooting is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
(Couple) salary: $175,000–$215,000/year (commensurate with experience)
(Housekeeper/Cook) salary: $85,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
