Minuteman Press is seeking they dedicated hard-working individual to join our team.

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for print? We’re on the lookout for a talented Digital Press Operator with Canva experience to join our fun and dynamic team! If you love working with your hands, have an eye for detail, and enjoy bringing ideas to life, this might just be the perfect role for you!

• Operate digital printing presses and DTF machine to produce high-quality prints that wow our clients.

• Handle bindery tasks such as cutting, folding, and finishing to ensure every project is polished and professional.

• Create eye-catching designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) that meet client specifications.

• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and bring projects from concept to completion.

• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot any issues to keep production running smoothly.

• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital printing or a related field.

• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite is a must!).

• A strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality work.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a creative team.

• Good communication skills – we want someone who can share ideas and feedback openly!

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new techniques or tools in the industry!
