Digital Marketing Specialist

Diamond Mowers is seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and support a wide range of digital initiatives that grow our online presence, generate leads, and support our dealer network. This role requires hands-on experience in digital channels including SEO, SEM, website optimization, email marketing, and social media (organic and paid).

You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Execution

• Own and manage digital marketing channels, including:
  • Website updates and optimization (WordPress or similar)
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and strategy
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Google Ads campaign management
  • Email marketing campaigns (strategy, creation, deployment, and analysis)
• Analyze keyword performance and search trends to develop content strategies.
• Conduct competitor and performance analysis with regular reporting and recommendations.

Content & Campaign Creation

• Develop and manage content for digital platforms (web, social, email), including writing and editing.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with designers and video/photo teams to develop assets for campaigns.

Social Media & Community Engagement

• Manage and grow organic social media channels, including content calendar, posting, listening, and engagement.
• Support dealers with co-branded content and campaign collaboration.

Events & Support

• Provide marketing support for trade shows, events, and content shoots as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience , ideally in B2B or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CMS platforms).
• Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Experience collaborating across teams and working with third-party vendors or agencies.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting a distributed sales or dealer network.
• GED or higher preferred.

Location and Hours:

Location: 1000 Cherokee St

Hours: 8:00-5:00

Days of Shift: Monday-Friday
