Position Summary
The Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator (DMCC) is responsible for managing digital content channels, licensing processes, and full website ownership. This includes Pinterest strategy, content creation, analytics, design library management, and ensuring company websites are accurate, optimized, and conversion-focused.

This role supports both divisions of the business by executing requests from division managers while reporting directly to the Marketing Director for prioritization, workload balance, and KPI accountability.

Key Responsibilities
Pinterest & Digital Content Management (Channel Ownership)
  • Own Pinterest channel strategy, execution, and analytics reporting.
  • Create, schedule, and publish pins using Tailwind and other automation tools.
  • Monitor analytics, identify top-performing content, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with design staff on ads and campaigns tied to broader marketing goals.
  • Repurpose and optimize content across multiple platforms.


Design Library & Licensing Management

  • Upload approved designs into licensing platforms the same day art is completed.
  • Resubmit rejected designs with corrections by the next business day.
  • Monitor licensing reports, update statuses, and document feedback.
  • Maintain an organized, visually searchable online design library with keyword-rich categorization and SEO best practices.
  • Create and update art boards, track design status in Salesforce, and ensure accurate documentation.


Website Management & E-commerce (Primary Owner)

  • Own complete upkeep of company websites, ensuring products, categories, banners, and landing pages are accurate and current.
  • Oversee e-commerce updates, ensuring new product uploads, pricing, and discontinuations are completed on time.
  • Partner with design staff for creative assets, ensuring timely implementation.
  • Direct interns on uploads, tagging, and cleanups, and review their work weekly.
  • Monitor website analytics and provide insights in monthly reports.
  • Ensure SEO optimization across product pages, category pages, and design boards.


Content Creation & Analytics

  • Develop content assets in Adobe Creative Suite to support campaigns, social channels, and product launches.
  • Source, edit, and repurpose customer content from Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
  • Provide regular analytics reports on Pinterest, content library, and website performance.
  • Assist with email campaign support, repurposing top-performing content into email sends.


Marketing Operations & Collaboration

  • Support both divisions with graphics requests, digital uploads, and campaign content.
  • Work with the Marketing Director to prioritize requests and balance workload across teams.
  • Support reporting, project tracking, and campaign integration.
  • Collaborate with the Art Department for licensing and design submissions.
  • Maintain dashboard hygiene by updating KPIs across Pinterest, licensing, and the website.
  • Maintain DAM hygiene (file naming, metadata, quarterly cleanups).
  • Track UGC rights approvals and maintain compliance logs.
  • Monitor licensing timelines and escalate when ship dates are at risk.
  • Serve as Asana governance lead (templates, due-date accuracy, dependency tracking).


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (required).
  • Minimum 3+ years of post-college marketing and content creation experience.
  • Strong experience in Pinterest strategy and analytics; Tailwind knowledge required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and basic web content management systems.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices for design library, website, and ecommerce.
  • Experience with CRM/Salesforce (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sorority/Fraternity affiliation preferred but not required.


Growth Trajectory
This position will always be a critical role within the marketing team, owning Pinterest strategy, licensing uploads, design libraries, and website management. Growth opportunities include:

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $48,000 – $55,000 annually, with potential growth toward $60,000 based on performance.
