Position OverviewWe are looking for a Data Entry Representative to join our remote team. This role focuses on entering and maintaining accurate data related to customer orders, rentals, and event logistics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and update customer rental orders in the system
Verify order details, pricing, and product availability
Maintain accurate records and databases
Assist with customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone as needed
Support billing, adjustments, and order changes
Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining data accuracy
Prior experience in data entry, order processing, or administrative support preferred
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work remotely with minimal supervision
Weekdays and weekends, depending on event needs
Must be available during peak event seasons (spring, summer, holidays)
Some light lifting/moving of items may be required
$22 – $29/hr (based on experience)
