Qualifications/Skills:

  • Paralegal Certified desired
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Ability to consistently maintain digital records and physical files to ensure quality reporting and metrics.
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative setting

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Contract Setup and Management:

  • Verify and approve Job Number requests prior to entry in systems of record and verify when complete
  • Ensure that Notices of Contract, Appointment of Lien/Notice to Lien Agents, etc., are filed on new projects with assistance from the Project Assistant
  • Establish and maintain JV contract files
  • Coordinate with Accounting to verify JV company setup
  • Create Owner Contracts and associated documents.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Accounting to ensure contract rates are established and maintained during the project
  • Maintain Master Service Agreement files
  • Maintain legal documents
  • Process Builders Risk invoices.

Contract Support:

  • Monitor contract files to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor Owner Contract values and process bond riders as necessary.
  • Maintain Owner Contract Checklist with input from executive leadership.
  • Process starts job requests in CMiC (lock budget) after verifying contract requirements are in place.
